Project Closure Event for First Call projects

This event will provide guidance to First Call projects about the procedures surrounding project closure, as well as the compilation of the final report.

Lead partners from the 1st Call are invited to join the Joint Secretariat and Managing Authority in Copenhagen for a seminar to review procedures for making their final reports and claims. The majority of the projects are expected to end their activities in April 2018.

Topics to be discussed in the seminar include such items as: planning the timing of the final reporting, typology and documentation of project outputs, retention of documents, partner contribution reports and the final claim.

Hotel rooms have been pre-booked under the reference number 1590182 at the Copenhagen Strand Hotel. Rooms must be reserved before 26th January 2018, after which unused rooms will be released.
