AIM Centre was delighted to attend the Manufacturing & Supply Chain West Conference & Exhibition yesterday in Limerick, where we had the opportunity to present the Arctic Edge project to industry leaders, innovators, and stakeholders from across Ireland’s manufacturing landscape.

A Gathering of Industry Visionaries

Hosted on 26 November 2025, the expo brought together a dynamic community of professionals shaping the future of manufacturing. Set within the West of Ireland’s proud industrial heritage, the event offered a full day of collaboration and knowledge sharing—uniting SMEs, multinationals, policy influencers, and solution providers under one roof.

Every major facet of today’s manufacturing ecosystem was represented, from automation and robotics to lean processes, logistics, sustainability, and digital transformation. The conversations throughout the day reflected the sector’s drive to innovate, overcome challenges, and enhance long-term competitiveness.

Showcasing the Arctic Edge Project

At our stand, AIM Centre introduced attendees to the Arctic Edge project, highlighting how it is set to support manufacturers as they navigate emerging digital and operational demands. The project’s focus on advanced technologies and data-led decision-making drew strong interest from organisations exploring ways to boost productivity and modernise their processes.

Visitors spoke with our team, and learned how Arctic Edge will provide practical pathways for businesses aiming to adapt, scale, and thrive in an increasingly competitive global market.

Supporting Ireland’s Manufacturing Ambition

Events like Manufacturing West play a vital role in strengthening the sector’s innovation ecosystem. For AIM Centre, it was a valuable opportunity to connect with partners, gain insights into industry trends, and share how our work—through initiatives like Arctic Edge—supports the continued advancement of manufacturing capabilities across the region.

We look forward to building on the conversations started in Limerick and continuing to champion the future of intelligent, sustainable, and resilient manufacturing in Ireland.
