Join us for an in-person workshop exploring how interconnected, demand-driven supply chains can help organisations improve end-to-end visibility, responsiveness and resilience.

The session will examine how linking demand signals, operational data and partner systems enables better planning and execution across the supply network, supported by real pilot activity and live demonstration.

What to expect:

Interconnected, Demand-Driven Supply Chains
An introduction to demand-driven supply chains and the role of interconnectivity in enabling collaboration across partners. This session will also provide an overview of the Arctic Edge project, including its conceptual framework, use cases and pilot activities, alongside a preview of the forthcoming Mentoring Programme launching in September 2026.

Cybersecurity in MQTT Connectivity
Delivered partly by Dr Seamus Dowling (ATU), this session explores how MQTT enables lightweight, near real-time data exchange between supply chain systems, edge devices and partner networks. It will highlight key risks in interconnected environments and discuss how continuity and protection can be maintained even where connectivity is constrained or intermittent.

Pilot Demonstration
AIM Centre AI Solutions Engineer, Kushagra Krishna Agrawal, will demonstrate a live walkthrough of the pilot implementation, sharing key insights, early learnings and planned next steps.

Interactive Discussion
An open discussion to capture participant priorities, challenges and opportunities, followed by a Q&A on the mentoring programme.

This workshop is part of the Arctic Edge Interreg NPA project and is supported by Sligo Local Enterprise Office as part of Local Enterprise Week.
