Our Shared Futures - DACCHE's final conference 25 - 26 March

Our Shared Futures convenes cultural and heritage workers, educators, youth, researchers, municipal leaders, and neighbours to take shared responsibility for what comes next. How do we carry our heritage forward? How do we respond to climate realities? How do we strengthen community? How do we navigate digital transformation with care?

The experience unfolds through the historic environments of Jamtli Museum, shared conversations at Restaurang Hov, and plenary dialogue at Frösö Park Hotel. All locations are in Östersund, Sweden

The design is intentional: from connection to exploration to collective commitment.

Day 1 — March 25 - CONNECTIONS at Jamtli 

(14:00–18:30)

• Arrival & Opening Welcome

• Interactive museum exploration at Jamtli Museum

• Keynotes: Kristina Persson & Øystein Viem

• DACCHE learnings: From reflection to intention

• Introduction to the Four Paths (Heritage · Communities · Climate · Digital)

• Welcome dinner & mingling at Restaurang Hov


DAY 2 — March 26 EXPLORING & IMAGINING at Frösö Park Hotel

(08:30–18:00)
• Morning keynotes at Frösö Park Hotel

• Three rounds of parallel workshops (Storytelling · Heritage · Climate · Digital)

• Speakers including Hannah Mellemsetter, Anders Hansson, Kate Robb & Daniel Slungård

• Two immersive experiences:

– The Museum of the Future

– The Cabinet of Wonders

• Collective reflection spaces & closing ritual
