GIFT -project held it's kick off meeting in Mikkeli in June 2025

The partners and associated partners from Finland, Iceland and Ireland learned also how to make one GI-labeled product, Savolainen mustikkakukko. Ruralia Institute has been helping the entrepreneurs to apply the label but also create a tourism product out of the food product. The international partnership also acted as a test group for improving the  product. The product is already in the markets!
