In the Community Resilience Forum on the 8th of October, we want to hear from the local communities, actors and authorities what is working and what is to be developed within practices, legislation and agreements regarding emergency preparedness, management and recovery. The event is held concurrently in Rovaniemi, Finland; Akureyri, Iceland; and in Ireland.
