Reporting

Reporting is an important part of project management, which engages the entire partnership. It allows the programme to track project advancement and is the base for paying out the grant to the project.

What happens now

Project reporting is the way projects share progress with the programme towards the project objectives, outputs and budget. Reports are submitted at fixed deadlines after periods of 6 months, or only once, at the end of a lump-sum project. There are different reporting procedures for Main projects and for Preparatory projects. We have prepared guidance and tutorials to assist you in the process for each type of project.
REPORTING CYCLE

The reporting process

The reporting cycle describes the reporting procedure for each type of project. Having good knowledge about all the reporting phases will help projects to keep a good flow, report timely, and receive regular reimbursements from the programme.

Main Projects Reporting

In main projects, reporting occurs both at partner and at project level. Expenditure needs to be verified by controllers for each partner, and reports are submitted at the end of 6-month periods in Jems. Read more about the reporting cycle and find valuable guidance at the link below.
