Stories and practical perspectives on regenerative tourism

The first issue of ReThink Magazine is now available. The digital publication explores how regenerative tourism can move from an inspiring idea to practical action in destinations and tourism businesses.

The magazine brings together lessons from the ReThink project, insights from the REGGAE guidebook and examples of regenerative practices from Finland and Sweden. Its stories examine how tourism can support nature conservation, cultural heritage, accessibility, local communities and stronger relationships between businesses, residents and visitors.

From knowledge to action

The first issue also looks at the tools and cooperation needed to make regenerative tourism easier to apply in everyday work. It introduces the development of the ReThink Toolbox, shares perspectives from destination management organisations and explores how meetings and events can create positive value for their host destinations.
