The project seeks to promote climate change adaptation, disaster risk prevention, and resilience, taking into account eco-system-based approaches. The project’s objective is to enhance the wastewater management capacity and, therefore, the resilience of Arctic communities for better health of inhabitants and to reduce wastewater-related loads to sensitive environments. Communities will gain access to a wastewater management strategy including a catalogue of treatment methods.
