ASTRIC Project Shines at European Week of Regions and Cities in Brussels

On Tuesday and Wednesday at the event, we showcased our Interreg Northern Periphery and Arctic initiative alongside partners Magnus Rudehäll (Västerbotten), Antti Kotimaa (Savonia, Finland), Aoife Malone, and Julie Dowling (Western Ireland).

The project, which is based on Västerbotten's innovative measurement method for regional innovation capacity, METRIC (Measurement of Regional Innovation Capacity), was given a dedicated stand at EWRC, attracting significant interest.

To explore the METRIC tool further, we will host two live webinars in January 2026, featuring an in-depth look at the tool and our first analytical report, set to be released that month.
