Report D.3.1.1 is out now!

The fourth report of the project is out now! D.3.1.1 is part of WP3, which focuses on analyzing other extended producer responsibility (EPR) schemes and studying how these best practices could be implemented in the fishing gear sector. The report D.3.1.1, titled "Report about the implementation of EPR in the NPA area", highlights various good practices implemented in the different longer-running EPR schemes, which should be considered when developing the EPR of fishing gear. 

D.3.1.1 goes through the basics of EPR, how separate collection of EPR fractions works, how EPR schemes are implemented in the NPA area for various waste fractions, how the legal framework for EPR works with two case studies, and finally draws conclusions on how these different models for EPR could work with fishing gear.
