The Inno-vera Platform: Connecting the INNOCAP and MINDSET Projects

The platform is designed to enable municipal employees to develop, share, and cultivate ideas that address societal and efficiency challenges. By providing a collaborative, AI-supported ecosystem for idea co-development, the platform aims to support digital transformation, increase employee engagement, and improve service delivery to citizens.

Project Transition and Regional Integration

The outcomes of the Inno-vera are now being transferred to the MINDSET project, another project funded by the Interreg Northern Periphery and Arctic Programme.

The digital platform and the specific processes established in Västernorrland to capture and implement innovative ideas will be incorporated as a resource within the MINDSET project toolkit.

• Application: These tools will be utilised to support the implementation of Reg-MOI, a framework designed for regional mobilisation and innovation.

This transition ensures that the development work initiated under INNOCAP will continue through the MINDSET framework, supporting innovation across the wider region.
