The SUB project has come to an end

After years of collaboration, learning and innovation, the SUB – Sustainable Arctic and Peripheral Biking Tourism 2023-2026 project has officially concluded.

Together with our partners across the Northern Periphery and Arctic regions, we have:

strengthened sustainable biking tourism in remote and Arctic areas

developed tools, pilots and good practices for destinations and businesses

built international cooperation around cycling, nature and local livelihoods

Thank you to all partners, stakeholders and cycling communities who contributed along the way. The results of SUB will continue to support sustainable tourism development long after the project ends.
