On 4th July, the Interreg NPA EU Member State countries (Finland, Sweden, Ireland) agreed that, if needed, they are ready to use ERDF funding for partners in the Non-EU Member States of the Faroe Islands, Greenland, and Iceland.
The competition recognizes and celebrates innovative projects funded by the European Union that demonstrate excellence and new approaches in regional development. After a long break, Interreg NPA projects have joined the race again with two strong candidates: W-POWER and POPCORN !
The Interreg Baltic Sea Region programme's first call for project platform applications has been launched. It is open till 9 December, with a deadline to submit a project platform idea by 21 October.

The Monitoring Committee approved 9 projects out of the 19 submitted to the 4th Call of the Interreg NPA 2021-2027 programme.
The Interreg NPA participated in the EU Arctic Forum and Indigenous Peoples’ Dialogue and EU-Arctic Youth Dialogues, jointly organized by the European Commission and the European External Action Service, on 14-15 May in Brussels.

The 4th meeting of the Interreg NPA Monitoring Committee will take place in Mikkeli, Finland on 29th May 2024.
A huge thank you to all the applicants who submitted their application in the 4th Call. The call closed on 2nd February 2024, 12:00 CET. By the deadline, the Joint Secretariat received 19 applications.
Interreg NPA Jems online system is now ready to receive the 1st project report of Main projects.
Interreg NPA Jems online system is now ready to receive the final reports of closed preparatory projects.
It is now possible to perform the control work on submitted partner reports in Jems.
The Monitoring Committee decided to extend the duration of the Fourth Call for main projects. New dates were also agreed for the Fifth Call, while Preparatory project calls are suspended.
With the latest upgrade of our Jems system, it is now possible for partners of Main projects to submit their first partner report.
