Our Second Call for Best Practices Competition is now open!

Following the success of our first call, we have opened up a second Call for Best Practices of NEB principles.

Date
12.10.2026

The second call for the New European Bauhaus Best Practices in the Northern and Arctic and Periphery Region region is NOW OPEN!

How can we make the built environment in the Northern and Arctic and Periphery Region (NPA)* more circular, beautiful, and inclusive?

We are looking for innovative and transformative practices that demonstrate and/or facilitate circularity in the built environment and align with the New European Bauhaus (NEB) values. These can be activities (building designs, neighbourhood plans, technological solutions) or policy and operational instruments (concepts, local roadmaps, procedures, toolboxes). This is the second call for best practices and the third and final call will open in April 2027. The first call was held last year, and you can find more information about the last year's winners here:

Could your project or practice inspire others?

Apply today to promote a more beautiful, circular and inclusive built environment, contribute knowledge to the NPA region, and gain European recognition.

We're looking forward to hearing from you!
