For the past three years, the CIRCNETS project has looked into the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) scheme and the separate collection of end-of-life fishing gear and how these can be executed in northern, sparsely populated regions with long distances. Now it is finally time to reveal what we have found out! The final webinar of the project will present to you the story of CIRCNETS - how it came to be, steps taken to reach the key findings, and what are the outcomes of the project. Presentations are given by the project partners, with commentaries from three stakeholders: Heikki Lehtinen from the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of Finland, Percy Foster from Haul It Back, the interim Irish Producer Responsibility Organization, and Tuomo Leino from Rapala VMC and The Finnish SUP Producer Group’s board.

We welcome all stakeholders, collaborators and anyone interested in these topics to join us!
