Implementation and impact evaluation of the Interreg Northern Periphery and Arctic programme 2021-2027

Invitation to submit quotation concerning an implementation and impact evaluation of the Interreg Northern Periphery and Arctic programme 2021-2027.

The County Administrative Board of Västerbotten, Managing Authority for the Interreg NPA 2021-2027 programme, invites external experts to submit bids concerning evaluation of the programme.

In the 2021-2027 period, the Interreg NPA programme will be evaluated both on impact and implementation, with the objective to support a smooth delivery of the programme as well as capturing the effects of programme priorities.

Tenderers are welcome to bid for both assignments, alternatively either one of them – final date for submitting a bid is October 3^rd2025.
