ESPON and Small Places Matter - Norway seminar invites policymakers, practitioners, and researchers to share their experiences, learn from each other and discuss new solutions for unleashing the potential of small places. The seminar will facilitate discussions and reflections through plenary and parallel workshops, where participants will explore and discuss in depth the following themes:

Competence development and talent attraction
Innovation and entrepreneurship
Quality of Life in Small Places
Multi-level governance and capacity building
