Jems is feeling a bit sloth-like, but we are on it!

UPDATE 11:00am Jems is fully operational again. We are aware of Jems' performance issues and are working on a fix.

07.03.2025

Since yesterday, Jems has been moving at the pace of a sleepy sloth – slow, unresponsive, and taking its sweet time, and we are aware it can cause frustration. This is due to some recent back-end changes.

The good news is that our support team is already on the case, working hard to get Jems back to its usual speed. A fix is on the way soon!

Thanks for your patience, and in the meantime, feel free to picture Jems lounging in a tree, contemplating its next move.

UPDATE

Jems is fully operational since 11:00, and all is running normally again.
